Malcolm Bacchus, FCA, the practice principal, is a chartered accountant and a past director of a number of private and AIM and OFEX listed companies.
He is a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants' in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the ICAEW Technical Strategy Board as well as serving, or having served, on a number of other professional and governmental committees or boards.
He is also a past chairman of the London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA) (the London branch of the ICAEW) and an existing member of the LSCA main committee as well as the South East London Area Society of Chartered Accountants. Malcolm currently chairs the LSCA Enterprise Committee working at the interface between the accountancy profession and regeneration in London.
